Virgo

August 24th - September 23rd

With Virgo we go back to our Earth signs, very practical and stable. All Virgos have a strong need for friendship. It is of prime importance to them in any long-term relationship that they feel their partner is their best friend. Traditionally, Virgo is classed as the least sexual sign of the zodiac. This isn't strictly correct as it does depend on the placing of their other planets within their birth chart. But it is true to say Virgos are not naturally motivated by sex, passion or lust. It's friendship that wins out if they're looking for a long-term relationship. The majority of Virgos, especially Virgoan females end up in relationships with men they have know for a long time as a friend before getting involved romantically. If you're thinking of getting involved with a Virgo, don't rush it. Take your time; get to know them as a person and let them get to know you and if it's going to happen it will happen eventually (it may even take years). The majority of Virgos are completely passive, but their biggest negative trait is whinging! They are the biggest moaners of the zodiac and there is nothing they enjoy more.

Virgos need structure and security but they're not usually in a rush to get what they desire out of life. They are the plodders of the zodiac. Very few of them accept challenges or major changes with open arms. You will usually find Virgos doing the same job for years and years and continually moaning about it. As Virgos can very easily get set in their ways, they can find themselves living alone as they get older due to circumstance. This is not an inclination they usually prefer, it just seems to work out that way. When they're in a long-term relationship, even if it has severe problems, they find it incredibly difficult to make the break. All Virgos are sensitive; they just have a problem showing it. They seem very much in control of their emotions. This is not true, and as a Virgo gets older these emotions finally start to surface.

It's worth noting the Virgoan sense of humour. Virgoan men especially have a very dry humour and can be incredibly funny without being joke tellers. When a Virgo is looking for a partner it may not be immediately obvious. In addition, they will have quite a long checklist and as a prospective partner you will have to fit many criteria as Virgos can be very fussy. Virgos love fresh air and it is vital that they spend time in the open. Most Virgos like to spend time walking in the country, enabling them to think and relax which is very beneficial to their being. Any person who has Virgo within their personal chart should watch out for allergic reactions to drugs. Many Virgos suffer allergies due to imbalances in their psyche. Headaches and migraines are common, usually because Virgos keep their worries and problems inside.
